Head and tail of spine gently pushed and rubbed; gilt on spine ever so slightly dull; five insect holes along front hinge which has caused a 45mm split in the gutter of the first paste-down; top edge of boards and text block a touch dust toned, a 3mm spot on top edge of text block, all edges of text block lightly foxed; shallow ding to the bottom edge of the front board; corners rounded and abraded; previous owner's details on the first paste-down; endpapers, first and last pages lightly toned and foxed; very minor toning to outer margins, pages are otherwise clean and bright throughout.
