[6] (blank), [8] v, 65, [7] ( 2 tipped in plates, 5 blank), altogether 17 tipped in colour plates and one not coloured, 11 full page illustrations in black and white, numerous other decorations and illustrations; all in Friend’s scandalously distinctive style. Half black morocco and purple cloth, spine lettered in gilt with two raised and ruled bands, illustrated endpapers.
Small stain to fore-edge of top board. Otherwise fine. Very good. Item #375
