A delightfully presented autobiography of one of Australia's favourite illustrators of the twentieth century. Pixie O'Harris was born in Wales in 1903 and migrated to Australia at the age of 16 in 1920. She was already showing talent, having been the youngest person invited to become a member of the Royal Art Society of South Wales at the age of fourteen. Over a long career she provided illustrations for magazines, children's books, posters and events, and brightened many children's hosptial wards and day care centres with her murals.
