In worn fabric covered boards with barely visible embossed pattern and "Prent Bijbel" in gilt on spine. Text block detached except for B3 and B4, first five plates have large chips to the outer margin (no loss of image), plate 51 has a portion neatly excised from the bottom third of the plate, plate 92 has a horizontal stain (5-5x1cm), and plate 149 has been removed. Bookplate of "Chr Beels" on front pastedown shows a canal, bridge and church steeple. Three words (Dutch?) in ball point pen above the bookplate. Fair. Item #725
