An early (first?) motoring map from the RACQ, specifically designed for early motoring conditions. "These maps have been designed for the purpose of giving motorists a sure and simple guide when touring. They make it practically impossible for the motorist to get off the track. They always show the road ahead and give the speedometer distance at every important point and junction. Only one page is open at a time and the maps are protected from the wind. Provisional patent has been granted and maps of other routes are in course of completion nad will soon be available." (rom the inside of the lower cover).
